Toledo, Ohio-based actor Darla Arnett is set to captivate audiences this summer with her performances in “The Stephen Foster Story” and “The Little Mermaid” through the Stephen Foster Drama Association.
Making her debut with the Stephen Foster Drama Association, Arnett will play Lievy Pise in “The Stephen Foster Story” and take on the iconic role of Ursula in “The Little Mermaid.”
“I am absolutely delighted to join the Stephen Foster Drama Association for these two exciting productions,” Arnett said. “I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and for the unwavering support from my parents and friends, which has allowed me to pursue opportunities like this.”
Arnett, based in Toledo, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a major in Theatre and a specialization in Musical Theatre from Bowling Green State University. She recently performed with the Toledo Opera in “Ragtime” and is also a professional model and musician.
Performances of “The Stephen Foster Story” will take place on select Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8 p.m. from June 15 through August 10. “The Little Mermaid” will be performed on Wednesdays and Fridays at 8 p.m. from July 10 to August 2.
